1. Program
Icebreaker Web Design LLC ("Icebreaker") sends text messages to business owners who request a free AI visibility audit or ask us to contact them. Messages are about your audit request, scheduling a call, and follow-up on your inquiry.
2. Consent
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our audit form. Consent is not a condition of receiving the audit or buying any service.
3. Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies, typically up to 6 messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at roman@icebreaker.agency or +1 210-399-6077.
5. Privacy
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
