Challenge

GrowDirector approached us with a pressing need: a revamped website to match their advanced offerings. Their existing site, hosted on an antiquated platform, was not only outdated in design but lacked the infrastructure to accommodate their expanding market ambitions, especially as they eyed international expansion.

Solution

• Design Excellence: Despite receiving preliminary Figma mock-ups from a previous design team, GrowDirector sought a more refined touch. Our team began with a complete design overhaul on Figma, focusing first on the desktop version. With over 20 pages crafted to facilitate their e-commerce requirements, we ensured every element resonated with their brand ethos. Following desktop approval, we transitioned to mobile design, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.
• Development Setbacks & Triumphs: After the design phase, GrowDirector, based on external advice, opted for another team to handle the development. However, it became evident that this choice led to inefficiencies, prolonged timelines, and exorbitant costs. When they returned to us for an assessment, our analysis revealed the prior team had expended over 400 hours on tasks achievable in approximately 150 hours. Recognizing the gravity of the situation, GrowDirector entrusted us with the remainder of the development. Utilizing WordPress, Elementor ThemeBuilder, and WooCommerce, we rectified the existing issues, completing the project within a month.

The culmination of our efforts was a website that perfectly encapsulated GrowDirector’s innovation, while also being e-commerce ready to serve their growing customer base. The journey, although dotted with challenges, solidified our relationship with GrowDirector.
