Client: Dream.me
Headquartered in London, UK, Dream.me stands as a pioneering force in dream interpretation. Their platform, comprising both an app and website, offers users insightful interpretations of their dreams. With extensive dream resources and the option for personalized consultations, Dream.me seeks to bridge the chasm between dreams and their deeper meanings.
Challenge
Despite boasting a well-designed mobile app, Dream.me’s website lagged in terms of design consistency and user experience. The digital platform failed to capture the essence of their service and did not encourage users to explore the app.
Solution
- Phase One – Website Redesign: Our journey began with a comprehensive redesign on Figma, aiming to align the website’s aesthetics with the app. The design approval paved the way for development, with WordPress and Elementor Theme Builder at the helm. The revamped website accentuated visuals, emphasizing the app’s usage.
- Phase Two – Rebranding & Implementation: A year post-redesign, Dream.me decided to undertake another rebranding, supplying us with ready-made Figma designs. Our task was clear: implement these designs pixel-perfectly onto the existing WordPress platform. Ensuring seamless responsiveness across multiple breakpoints was paramount.
- Support & Training: Given the client’s limited technical proficiency, we went the extra mile, offering comprehensive tutorials on Elementor’s workings, empowering them to manage page updates independently. Additionally, we facilitated the integration of multiple advanced marketing tools, including Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel.
Results
The transformed Dream.me website not only mirrored the app’s elegance but also amplified user engagement, driving increased app downloads. Moreover, the client’s newfound capability to update the website independently, coupled with the advanced analytics integrations, positioned them to leverage data-driven insights for future growth. The culmination of our efforts was evident in the client’s satisfaction, marking the project as a resounding success.
In your portfolio, using before-and-after website visuals, snapshots from the Figma designs, and possibly some analytics data or user engagement metrics post-redesign would give readers a comprehensive understanding of the transformation and its impact.
